Terms & Conditions

• The contest is open to all participants residing in Malaysia.
• Participants MUST be 21 years old or above and Non-Muslim. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any participants who do not comply with this criteria.
• The contest period is from 13th April to 31st May 2022. Only submissions received by the Organizer during the contest period will be included in the Joliday contest draw. Winner will be contacted from 7th June 2022 onwards.
• Participation details as follows:
  • Step 1: Purchase a Jameson Irish Whiskey Bottle from one of our outlets listed on our website (www.jameson-connects.com/joliday) or the Jameson Official Shopee Store (https://shopee.com.my/pernodricard.os)
  • Step 2: Register and Submit your clear receipt with proof of purchase to the Jameson Connects website
  • Step 3: Check your email for the winners announcement from 7 June 2022
• 1 x Purchase of a Jameson Irish Whiskey Bottle is equivalent to 1 Contest Entry. Multiple entries are allowed. Winners are selected at random from the list of entries.
• Joliday’s date and locations are not changeable by the winners. If the winners are not available during the event date, the organizer reserves the right to withdraw their prizes and select another best winner. The date and locations of the Joliday are 24th – 25th June 2022 and 25th -26th June 2022 at Outpost Camp Gopeng, Perak.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the location and date of the event without having to give prior notice to the participants.
• There are 6 x Joliday Grand Prizes, 18 x Joliday 2nd Prizes & 10 x Consolation Prizes to be won:
  • The Grand Prize (The Spirits Tent) includes:
    • Winner + 2 Friends, 2 Day 1 Night Joliday Glamping Experience in Gopeng Perak (Shared Tent)
    • Breakfast x 3 pax
    • BBQ Dinner x 3 pax
    • Whitewater Rafting x 3 pax
  • The 2nd Prize (Kindred Hut Package) includes:
    • Winner + 1 Friend, 2 Day 1 Night Joliday Glamping Experience in Gopeng Perak (Shared Tent)
    • Breakfast x 2 pax
    • BBQ Dinner x 2 pax
    • Whitewater Rafting x 2 pax
  • The Consolation prize includes:
    • 1 x Bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • The cost and expense of reaching/departing to the Joliday destination will be borne by the winner and no claims can be made to the organizer. Organizer will provide the directions to the venue once the winner is selected.
  • Winners must comply with this Joliday Terms & Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw their prizes if the winner does not comply with Joliday Terms & Conditions.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate and / or suspend the prizes, without having to give prior notice to any participants. The Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to replace any prize with other items of equal value, at any time, without giving any prior notice. All prizes are claimed on an "as is" basis and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other items or vouchers either in part or in full. The Organiser’s decision is final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension of any part of the Contest by the Organizer does not entitle the participant to make any claim or receive compensation from the Organizer for any loss or damage suffered or costs and expenses incurred by the participant either directly and/or indirect arising out of or in connection with the cancellation, termination or suspension of the Contest by the Organizer.
  • The winner and/or their beneficiaries shall be fully responsible and liable in the event of any loss, incident, injury, damage, claim or accident (including loss of life) as a result of participating in the event, claiming and/or using the prizes. The winners and/or their beneficiaries further agree to release and does not hold the Organizer responsible for any liability arising from them participating in the Contest.
  • This written notice ("Notice") is intended to inform you that your personal data is processed by or on behalf of Pernod Ricard Malaysia ("Pernod Ricard Malaysia" or "us"). In addition, by submitting this Contest form, you hereby consent to the retention and processing of your personal data by Pernod Ricard Malaysia in the manner set forth in this Notice. We will process the personal data you have provided to us including but not limited to name, identity card number, contact number, address and other information we require from you in the Contest form. Pernod Ricard Malaysia will process your personal data, including any additional information you may provide to Pernod Ricard Malaysia, for the purpose of conducting contests and/or contacting you for any promotions and/or marketing campaigns associated with our products.
  • The Organizer (including their respective affiliated and related companies) also reserve the absolute right to use the names and /or photographs of the winners (s) and their friends for the purposes of advertising and publicity (“Publication”) for future Contests/promotions/offers/campaigns without any prior notice to the winners(s) and/or their friends of which the winners(s) and/or their friends shall not be entitled to claim any ownership and/or other forms of compensation for such Publication.
  • The personal data you provide to us may be disclosed to our service providers only for the purposes mentioned above. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide to us is accurate, complete and not misleading and that such personal data is updated.
  • By participating in Joliday, all participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Joliday’s Terms & Conditions and accept that all decisions made by the Organizer are final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, add or omit any part of Joliday’s Terms & Conditions at any time without notice to the participants and participants shall be bound by the changes.
